Patrick O’Sullivan was educated at St. Brendans College in Killarney, Co. Kerry and at UCD. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1995.

Patrick has extensive experience in Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Claims, Commercial Contracts, Company Law, Family Law and Landlord and Tenant Law. He has successfully represented clients at Supreme Court, High Court, Circuit Court and District Court level.

Patrick has maintained strong links with his home place in County Kerry and is acting solicitor for a number of companies based there. He has a lifelong interest in GAA and coaches at Trim GAA Club in County Meath.

Caroline O’Dowd is an AITI registered Chartered Tax Adviser. She has a business degree (B. Comm) and a law degree (LL.B) from UCG and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1994. Caroline has a strong commercial awareness and is focused on working out solutions for clients which maximise tax efficiency and also make commercial sense.

Caroline specialises in the areas of Asset Transfers, Wills, Probate, Administration of Estates, Estate Planning and Wealth Management. She advises on transferring assets on retirement and the reliefs currently available from capital gains tax. Caroline is an expert on Capital Acquisitions Tax and advises on all reliefs currently available, including Business Relief, Agricultural Relief, Favourite Nephew Relief and Dwellinghouse Relief. She also advises on Capital Gains Tax, tax residence and domicile, assets outside the jurisdiction negligible value claims and other taxation issues.

Caroline also has extensive experience in all aspects of property transactions both residential and commercial.
